7/28/2009 - Now for the third area of the Contact File Verifier. This covers items D
through K, which are various kinds of "Tab" (or "attached") records.
As the tool tip shown in the screenshot indicates, the utility will tell
you how many of each checked type of Tab record is either
unlinked (no Accountno) or blank. You can then query each type
for such useless records, and then either delete them, or archive
and delete them.
Once run, the utility produces a report like this one:
Note that, because Referrals are actually pairs of Tab records,
any found singletons are reflected in that portion of the report. Again, this is a test
database, so few Tab records, and therefore few problems, were found.
