Bob's Notes
NOTE: I will not be updating this feature of the site; but am leaving it up as an archive.

Because the blog software I used previously was discontinued; and because my former blog
actually was used more like a notepad for me to make announcements, or to think out loud; I've
decided not to replace that blog (for now). Instead, I'll place links to my musings on this page, in
chronological order. As always, feel free to use the Contact Bob page to send me your thoughts
about anything you see on this site!

My first group of Notes (the following four links) describe one of the best recently-added features
of GoldBox, the
Contact File Verifier (CFV). I recommend that you just scan through the pages;
then return to read any items that interest you. The purposes of this GoldBox feature are to
a)
identify any of dozens of possible data quality issues; and b) to either make repairs within the CFV
itself, or to assist you in making those repairs yourself. The
GREAT thing about this feature is its
simplicity: try it, you may be amazed at what it finds for you!
