Services Available Include:
- Planning Consultation -- Especially if you are new to GoldMine, assessing where you are with
your business systems and data; where you'd like to go; and how to get there....this type of
planning is vital, and getting experienced help with it is a wise move. An initial, "get acquainted"
consult is free, without obligation, and often proves to be a real eye-opener. - Automation Setup -- Essentially all GoldBox data-altering operations can be automated. Many of
my clients have Nightly and/or Weekly "Q-files", which are self-managing lists of operations run
by Windows Task Scheduler. Each list can consist of scores, even hundreds, of operations.
Group Building and re-building; routine Imports and Exports;. Global Replacements based on
complex data evaluation; updating non-GoldMine databases; these and other kinds of
operations can be set up to run regularly and unobtrusively. - Special purpose (and possibly one-time-only) operations, like Merge-Purge; data cleaning;
populating Lookups and Zip Codes; E-mail Archival, etc., can be configured and run with proper
precautions in place. Some non-GoldBox services, like Lookup.ini configuration, are also

- Although I can and will work by the hour, most of my work is done on a project basis; this seems
fairer all around, to me. After an initial free consultation, all work must be prepaid (larger projects
typically involve staged payments). I'll supply a quote, which also serves as the initial plan for the
job. Documentation of work done is part of normal project completion. Projects that involve
GoldBox Views also involve Custom Help documents per View.
All work is done remotely. I have a strong preference for using the services GoToMyPC or
LogMeIn. If you don't already use them, they can be obtained for free, or for fairly modest fees.
I do not sell any products of any kind, other than my services...not even GoldBox. My intention is to
be always as objective as possible when evaluating your needs.
